NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th September, 1982
G.S.R. 578(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (,38 of 1963), read with sub-section (6) of the said section, the- Central Govern- ment hereby appoints Sarvashri Parbati Das and Subrata Mookerjee as trustees, representing the labour employed in the Port of Calcutta, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Calcutta, and makes the following amendment, in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping "nd Transport (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 285(E), dated the 31st March, 1982. namely :—
In the said notification, after Serial Number 19, the following Serial Numbers
and entries shall be inserted, nameJy:—
