ORDER
New Delhi, the 30th September, 1982
N". S.O. 698(E)/18AA/lI>RA/82.—Whereas by the Order of the Govern- ment oi' Iniiiii in the tate Ministry of Industrial Development No S,0. 22(E)/ 18AA/1DKA/73, dated the 15th January. 1973 (us amended from time to time), the management of the industrial undertaking known an Shri Fanki Su^ar Mills and Company, Doiwala. District. Dehradun (Ultar Pradesh) was taken over under sub-section (I) of section 1KAA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), for a period upto and inclusive of 30th September, 1982 and the Ultar Pradesh Slate Sugar Corporalon Limited was authorised to Lake over the management of the snid industrial undertaking ;
And, whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industiiul undertaking should continue t.ndcr the management of the UUur Pradesh State Sugar Corporation Liniitetd for a further period upto and inclusive of 30th September, 1983,
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1SAA read with the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 oi 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the order mentioned above shall continue 1o have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of 30lh September, 1983,
