New Delhi, the 30th September, 1982S.O. 699(E)/18AA/IDRA/82.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of Inda in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 825(E)l18AA|IDRA| 780 GI/82 (1)

76 dated the 23rd December, 197g (hereinafter referred to as the said order), the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known fs Messis Canveiy Spinning and Weaving Mills Limited, Pudukkotai. was luken ovei under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industies (Develop- ment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), lor a pciiod of five years from the 23rd December, 1W6, and the Tamil Nadu Textile Corporation was authorised to take over ihe manage- ment of the whole of the said industrial undci taking;

And, whereas, by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Tndustiinl Develop- ment) No. S.O. 906(I£)]18AA'JDRA|81, dated the 22nd Decem- ber, 1981, the peiiod of the s.iid Older was extended for a further period of six months upto and incfusivc of the 22nd June, 1982;

And, whereas, by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- And, whereas, thc Cential Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said Order should conimie to have effect for a futthvr peiiod upto and inclusive of the 31st March, 1983;

Now, therefoie, in exercise of the poweis conferred by sub- Nection (2) of section 19AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Cential Govern- ment hereby directs that the said Order shtill continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st March, 1983.
