NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, (he 1st October. 1982G.S.R. 582(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by suh-section (1) of section 6 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (74 of 1975), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of November, 1982, as- the date with effect from which every dealer in the State of Sikkim shall be liable to pay tax under the said Act on all sales of goods other than 789 GI/82 (1)
