स ० 216/82 -कम्ब्रीय उत्पाव-शल्क
1944 सा० फा ० मि० 584 ( अ) केन्द्रीय राग्कार केन्द्रीय उत्पाद- शुल्का नियम 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और नमक अधिनियम, (1944 का 1 ) की पहली अनुसूची की मद म ० 16 क की उपमद ( 1 ) , ( 1 क) और ( 1ख ) के अन्तर्गत आने वाले तांबे को, उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन उभ पर , उक्त पहली अनुसूची में विनिदिष्ट दर में, उद्ग्रहणःय उत्पाव- शुल्क की उतनी रकम से छूट देती है जिननी प्रति मीटरी टन तीन हजार रुपए की दर में सगणित रकम से आधक है ।
2 यह अधिसूचना 31 अक्तूबर , 1982 तक, जिसमे यह तारीख भी संम्मिलित है, प्रवृत्त रहेगी ।

GS.R 584 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- ule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Contral Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Government hereby exempts copper , falling under sub - items ( 1 ) , ( 1a) and ( 1b) of Item No. 26A of the First Sche- dule to the Central Excises and Salt Act , 1944 ( 1 of 1944) , from so much of the duty of excise leviable thereon under the said Act at the rate specified in the said First Schedule as is in excess of the amount calculated at the rate of three thousand rupees per metric tonne,
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 31st day of October , 1982 .

सा ० का ० नि ० 585 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाव- शुल्क और नमक अधिनियम, 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की पहली अनुसूची की मव सं ० 36क की उपमत्र ( ?) के अन्तर्गत आने बाली ताने की विनमिनियो को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन

उन पर, उक्त पहली अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट वर मे, उद्ग्रहणीय उत्पाद- शुल्क की उतनी रकम से छूट देनी है जितनी प्राय मोटरी टन तीन हजार साम सौ रुपए की वर से संगणित रकम से थधक है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 31 अक्तूबर, 188 एक , जिभमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, प्रवृत्त रहेगी ।

G.S.R. 585(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Government hereby exempts manufactures of copper , falling under sub - item ( 2) of Item No. 26A of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act , 1944 ( 1 01 1944), from so much of the duty of excise leviable thereon under the said Act at the rate specified in the said First Schedule as is in excess of the amount calculated at the rate of three thousand and seven hundred rupees per metric tonne .
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 31st day of October , 1982 .

स ० 218/ 82-सीमा-शुष्क
सा० का ० 1: 0 586 (अ ) वेकेन्द्र सरकार, मीमा शुल्क अधिनियम 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) को धार 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदस शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकरिण में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , मीमा शुल्क टैरिफअधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975) का 51 ) की पहली अनुसूची के शीर्ष मं० 71 01/02 के अन्तर्गत माने वाले अनगळं तांबे ( परिष्कृत था अपरिष्कृत ) को , जब उसका भारत में मायात किया जाए , उस पर उग्रहणीय सीमा शुल्क को उतनी रकम से छूट देती है जितनी उक्त प्रथम अनुसूची में विनिविष्ट है और जो मूल्य के सत्तर प्रतिशत से अधिक है ।

No. 218 /82 - CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 586 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts unwrought copper ( refined or not) , falling under Heading No. 74.01/02 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 ( 51 of 1975 ) , when imported into India , from so much of the duty of customs leviable theicon which is speci- fled in the said First Schedule as is in excess of seventy per cent ad valorem.
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 31st day of October . 1982 .

सा ० फा ० मि ० 587 (अ) केन्द्रीय म कार , वित्त अधिनियम, 1982 (1982 का 14) की धारा 44 की उपधारा ( 4) के माथ पठित सीमा- शुल्क अधिनियम , 1961 ( 1960 का 5 :) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग भरते हुए , यह समाधान हो अति पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , ॥ संस्कार के विप्त मत्रालय

उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,
(क) क्रम स० 174 और उनमे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियो का लोप किया जाएगा; (न्य) क्रम स ० 216 और उनसे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के पश्णाम्। नस्न- लिखित अस्यापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्

G.S.R. 587 (E ) -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , read with sub - section ( 4) of section 44 of the Finance Act, 1982 ( 14 of 1982) , the Central Government , being satis. fied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 136 / 82- Customs , dated the 11th May , 1982 , namely :--
In the Schedule to the said notification , --
(a) Serial No. 174 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; (b) after Serial No. 216 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted , namely:-- "217. No. 218/ 82- Customs , dated the 1st October , 1982".

सा ० का ० ति ० 588 (अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , मीमा-शुष्क श्राधानयम 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्स शाक्तयो का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मन्त्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना म ० 95 -भीमा-शुल्या तारीख 9 मई, 1980 में मिम्म- लिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्--
उक्त अधिसूचना में "विद्युत अपघटन सधारित या दोनो" शब्दो के स्थान पर जो दो स्थाना पर भाते हैं, "विद्युत अपघटन संधारित्र या प्लास्टिक फिल्म सवारित्र या उनमे से कोई" शब्द रखें आएंगे ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub . section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 01 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Gov ernment of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Departmen of Revenue ) No. 95 -Customs , dated the 9th May , 1980 namely :-
In the said notification , for the words "electrolytic capa citors or both" , in the two place , where they occur the words " electrolytic capacitors or plastic film capacitors or any of them " shall be substituted .

सं० 221/ 82 -सीमा-शुश्क
सा० का ० ति० 589 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा-शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना श्रावश्यक है , भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बौकर विभाग की अधिसूचना सं ० 339- सीमा शुल्क तारीख 2 अगस्त, 1976 में निम्त- लिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्,
उक्त अधिसूचना में "मूल्य का स्थाम पर "मूल्य 12 25 प्रतिशत" शब्दों और अंकों के 5 प्रतिशत , माब्द और अंक रखें जाएंगे।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962), the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. 339. Customs , dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely :-
In the said notification , for the figures and words "25 per cent ad valorem " , the figures and words " 12.5 per cent ad valorem " shall be substituted .
