का. आ. 709(अ) यत. भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य मंत्रालय के आदेश 672(अ) दिनाक 11 अक्तूबर , 1976 द्वारा मैगर्भ वाह तक्वर टी एटेट , जिला दर्जीलंग के नाम में जान चाय एकक का प्रवन्ध चाय अधिनियम , 1953 ( 1953 का 29) की धारा (16 - ङ) की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के व्यण्ड (क) के अधीन 10 अक्तबर , 1982 तक, जिसम यह तारीख भी शामिल है , पाच वर्ष की अर्वाध के लिए ग्रहण किया गया था और भारतीय चाय व्यापार निगम लिमिटेड , कलकत्ता को उक्त चाय एकक का प्रबन्ध ग्रहण करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया था और यतः अधिनियम की धारा 16 ( घ) की उप- धारा (2) के परन्तक के साथ पठित धारा 16 - ङ की उप- धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य मत्रालय ने का 731 (5 ) दिनक 6 अक्ल 1981 द्वारा उक्त एकक का प्रब्न्ध 10 अक्तूबर , 1982 तक , जिमम यह तारीख भी गम्मिलित है , भारतीय चाय व्यापार निगम लिमिटेड म निहित रहा : उक्त
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त चाय एकक को एक वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए भारतीय चाय व्यापार निगम लिमिटेड के प्रबन्ध के अधीन बना रहना चाहिए ;
अदः केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 16 ( ४) की उप-धारा (2) के परन्तुक क साथ पठित धारा 16 - ङ की उप- धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निदेश देनी है कि उपरोक्त आदेश 10 अक्तूबर , 1983 तक , जिसमें यह तारीख भी गम्मिलित है , एक वर्ष न्दी और अवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

SO 709 ( F ). Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. 672( E ) dated the 11th October 1976, the management of the tea unit known as M/s , Vah Tukwar Tea Estate , District Darjeeling, was taken over unde , clause ( a) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 16E of Tea Act , 1953 (29 of 1953) , for a period of five years upto and inclusive of 10th October , 1982 and the Tea Trading Corporation of India Limited . Calcutta was autho . rised to take over the management of the said ica unit , and

whereas , in exercise of the powers conferted by sub section (2) of section 16 read with the proviso to sub - section 2) of Section 16D of the said Act, by the Order of the Gov- ernment of India in the Ministry of Mommerce S.O. No. 734(E) dated 6th October , 1981 , the management of the sand unit continued to vest with the Tea Trading Corpora- tion of India Itd. , upto and inclusive of the 10th October . 1982;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that in is expedient in the public interest that the said tea unit should continue under the management of Tea Trading Corporation of India 1 td . , Calcutta , for a further period of one vear ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - ection ( 2 ) of the Section 16E read with the proviso to sub -section (2 ) of Section 16D of the said Act , the Cen- tral Crovernment directs that the Order mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period of one yсаг upto and inclusive of the 10th October , 1983 .

का.आ. 710(अ). यतः भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य सत्रालय के आदेश 671 (अ) दिनाक 11 अक्तूबर , 1976 द्वारा भैमर्ग लुकमन टी एस्टेट , डाकघर केगेन , जिला जालपाईगुडी के नाग से जाल चाय एकक का प्रवन्ध चाय अधिनियम 1953 ( 195 ) का 29) की धारा 16 - ङ की उपधारा ( 1) के खंड ( क) का अधीन 10 अक्तूबर , 1982 तक , जिसम यह तारीज भी मर्माल्न है , पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए ग्रहण किया गया था और भारतीय चाग व्यापार निगम लिमिटेड , कलकत्ता को उक्त चाय एकक का प्रबन्ध ग्रहण करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया था और गत उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 16(घ) की उप धारा ( 2) के परनुक के माथ पठित धारा 16 ङ की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियां का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत गरकार के वाणिज्य मंत्रालय के का. आ. सं. 733(अ) , दिनांक 6 अक्तूबर , उक्त एकक का प्रबन्ध10 अक्तूबर , 1982 तक जिममं यह तारीख भी सम्मलित है , भारतीय चाय व्यापार निगम लिमिटेड में निहित रहा ; 1981 द्वारा
और यत. केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोर्काहत भ यह समीचीन है कि उक्त चाय एकक की एक वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए भारतीय चाय व्यापार निगम लिमिटेड के प्रबन्ध के अधीन बना रहना चाहिये ;
अतः केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 18 (ध) की उपधारा (2) के परन्तुक के साथ पठित धारा 16ङ की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निदश देती है कि उपरोक्त आदेश 10 अक्तूबर , 1983 तक , जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है एक वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

Νο . 7331 dated 6th October , 1981 , the management of the sand unit continued to vest with the Tea Trading Cor- poration of India I td , upto and inclusive of the teth October . 1982:
And whereas the Central Government is of the option that it is expedient in the public interest that the said tea unit hould continue under the management of Tea Trading Corporation of India Ltd.. Calcutta , for a fusther period of che year ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers confened by sub section ( 2 ) of section 16F read with the proviso to sub- section ( 2) of section 16D of the said Act, the Central Gov- ernment directs that the Order mentioned above shall conti nue to have effect for a further penod of one yeaj upto and inclusive of the 10th October , 1983

और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहिप म यह समीचीन है कि उक्त चाय एकक को एक वर्ष की और अधि के लिए भारतीय चाय व्यापार निगम लिमिटेड के प्रबन्ध कें अधीन बना रहना चाहियं ;
अन. केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 16 ( घ) की उपधारा ( 2 ) के परन्तुक के साथ पठित धारा 16 ङ की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निदेश देती है कि उपरोक्न आदेश 10 अक्तूबर , 1983 तक , जिसमें यह वागण भी सम्मिलित है एक वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

Tea Trading Corporation of India Limited . Calcutia was authorised to take over the management of the said tea unit, and whereas , in exercise of the powers confened by sni- section ( 2) of section 16E read with the proviso to Sub- section ( 2 ) of Section 16D of the said Act, by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce S.O. No. 732 ( E ) , dated 6th October , 1981 , the management of the said unit continued to vest with the Tea Trading Co- poration of India 1.td. , upto and inclusive of the 10th October , 1982;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion thatt it is expedient in the public interest that the said tea unit should continue under the management of Tea Trading Corporation of India Ltd. , Calcutta , for a further period of one year ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 12 of section 16E read with the proviso to sub- sechon 2 of section 16D of the said Act, the Central Gov- ernment directs that the Order mentioned above shall conti- nue to have effect for a further period of one year upto and inclusive of the 10th October , 1983 .
