Ramachandian, Chiel Executive of the said industrial i-ndertaking by Oldei of the Government of India in the Ministiy of Indiistiy (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 567(fc')/18AA/ 1DRA/78, dated the 25th Septcmbci, 1478,
And, whereas by (he Oidei of the Government ol India in the Ministry of Industry (Department ot Industrial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 572(E)/18AA/lD'RA/79, dated the 8th October, 1979. the duialion of the said order was extended upto and inclusive of the 8th October, 198);
And, where as by the order of the (JOVCImerit ot India in the Ministry of Indusliy (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment No S.O. K66(D I8AA/IORA]80, J.ilcd the 29th October. 1980, the Cenlr.il Government authoristd Shi i KM. Banerjce, Deputy Ucncr.il Manager, Bliaiat Heavy hlectricals Limited, Calcutta, to takeover the management of the said industrial undertaking;
And, wheteas by the oider of the Government o| India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve-,, lopment) No.S O.738/IDRA/81, datcxl the 6th iwtoher, 19X1, the duration of the said ordei was fuither extended uplo and inclusive of the; 8th April, 1482;
And, wheieas b> the Otdei of the Government ol India in the Ministry of Industiy IDepaitmctH of Industiul Develop- ment) No. S.O 263(D/18AA, IDK\|82, dated tin; 8th April 1982, the durition of the said order was fuithc; extended upto and inclusive of the 8th October, 1982;
And, wheieas, the Central Government is ol ihc opinion that it is expedient in th; public interest rh;it the said ouiei should continue to have effect for a further renod of three months;
Now, therefore, in exercise of Ihc power? conlencU by sub- section <2) of section 18AA read with proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1451), the C cntial Government hereby directs that the said order shall continue to have effect for a ftuther period upto and inclusive of the hih January* 1983.

And wheieas the Central Government is satisfied that thc duiation of the said older should be extended foi a further period upto and inclusive of the 8th Jauncry, 1983,
