2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC "3(i)] Central Board of Excise & Custom*(No. 220/82-CENTRAL EXCISES)
G.S.R, 599 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 2 of the Central Excises & Salt Act, 1944 (I of 1944), read with rule 4 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Central Board of Excise and Customs, specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be further amended or amended as the case may bo, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table.
