का०आ० 725 (अ):- केन्द्रीय सरकार, सिक्का निर्माण अधिनियम, 1906 ( 1906 का 3 ) की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह भवधारित करती है कि-

(क) निम्नलिखित अंकित मूल्य के सिक्के भी नवम् एशियाई खेल दिल्ली, 1982 के संस्मरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार के प्राधिकाराधीन जारी किए जाने के टक्साल में बनाए जाएंगे , मर्थात:-
(i) एक सौ रुपए के
(ii ) वस रुपए के
( iii ) पच्चीस पैसे के
(iv) वस पैसे के

मुखभाग-सिक्के के मुखभाग पर अशोक स्तंभ के मिह गुम्बज के साथ " सध्यमेव जयते" मार वाध्य नीचे अकिन होगा और उसके बाये ऊपगे भाग में " भारत" शब्द और दाये ऊपरी भाग मे " India" शब्द अकितहागा । उम पर अकिन मूल्य " 100" अतरराष्ट्रीय अको में लिखा होगा और उसके बायें निचले भाग में " गपए " शब्द और दाये निचले भाग मे "Rupees" शब्द लिखा होगा ।
पृष्ठ भागः गिक्के के इस भाग पर " IX ASIAN GAMFS , DELHI , 1982 " कित होगा । मिक्के के मध्य में नत्रम एशियाई खेल, 1982 का प्रतीक अर्थात " जनर मतर" संस्मारक का रूपण होगा जिसके साथ एशियाई खेल के प्रतीक के रूप में सूर्य, संप्रतीक के ऊपर अकिन होगा तथा जिसके बाये भाग मे "नवन एशियाई खेल" और दाये भाग में " NINTH ASIAN GAMES" श्रकित होगा । "DELHI" शब्द और " 1982" वर्ष प्रतीक के नीचे दर्शाया जाएगा ।

पृष्ठभाग सिक्के के इस भाग पर " IX ASIAN GAMES DELHI , 1982" अंकित होगा । मिक्के के मध्य में नवम एशियाई ब्रेल , 1982 का प्रतीक अर्थात " जनर मंतर" सम्मान्क का रूपण होगा जिसके साथ एशियाई खेल के प्रर्मा य के २प में सूर्य , संप्रतीक के ऊपर अंकिम होगा तथा जिसके बाये भाग मे "नवम एशियाई खेल" और दागें, भाव मे " NINTH ASIAN GAMES" प्रकित होगा । " DELHI " शब्द और " 1982" वर्ष प्रतीक के नीचे वर्णाया प्राध्या ।
पच्चीस पैसे

1982 का प्रतीक अर्थात " अतर मगर " मंस्मारक का रूपण होणा जिम के गाथ एशियाई खेल के प्रतीक के रूप में सूर्य , सप्रनोक के ऊपर श्रकिन होगा तण जिनके बागें भाग में "नत्रन एशियाई खेल और दायें, भाग में " NINTH ASIAN GAMES " फिन होगा "DELHI " शब्द और " 1982" दर्द प्रभीक के नीचे दर्शाया जाएगा ।
बस पैसे :
मुखभाग- सिक्के के मुग्वभाग पर अणोक स्भ का मिहराज होगा जिसके बागे ऊपरी भाग में " भारत " और दायें भग में " INDIA" शब्द प्रकित होगा । उन पर अकिन मूल्य " 10 " अतरग्सष्ट्रीय अहो में लिखा होगा तथा जिनके बाये निवले भाग में " मे" शब्द श्रौ दाये निचले भाग में "PAISE" शब्द अतिर होगा ।
पृष्ठ भाग-गिक्के के इस भाग पर " IX ASIAN GAMES DELHI , 1982" अकित होगा । भिक्के के मध्य में नवम एशियाई खेल, 1982 का प्रतीक अर्था। " जतर मंजर" सस्मारक का रूपण होगा जिसके माथ एशियाई स्वेल के प्रतीक के रूप में सूर्य, सत्रनीक के ऊपर अकित होगा तथा जिसके बाये भाग में " नत्रम एशियाई खोल " और दाये भाग में " NINTH ASIAN GAMES" प्रक्रिन होगा । "DELHI " मन्त्र और " 1982" वर्ष प्रतीक के नीचे दर्शाया जाएगा ।

S.O. 725 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 6 of the Coinage Act , 1906 (3 of 1906 ) , the Certral Govern- ment hereby determines that-
(a) the coins of the following dervmirations shall also be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government in commemoration of the IX Asian Games Delhi 1982 , namely :-
(1) One Hundred Rupees ,
( li ) Ten Rupees ,
( iii) Twenty - five paise ,
(tv) Ten paise;
(b) the coins of the above denominations shall conform to the following dimensions , designs and composition , namely : --

Obverse :Tais face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capital ofAshoka Pillar , with the legend " सत्यमेव जयते " inscribed below, flaked on the left uoper periphery with the word "भारत" and n the right upper periphery with the word " INDIA" . It shall also bean the denomi atto nal value " 100 " in international rumerals flanked on the left lower periphery with the word "रुपये" and on the right lower periphery with the word " Rupees" .
Roverse : This face of the coun shall have the theme
" IX ASIAN GAMES DELHI 1982 " the centre of the coin there shall be the emblem of IX Asian Games 1982 , namely , a representation of the . " JANTAR MANTAR " monumeat , with the sun representing the Asian Games Symbol over the omblam flanked on the left perithory with the inscription " नथम एशियाई खेल" and on the right periphery with the inscription " IX ASIAN GAMES " . The word " DELHI " and the year " 1982 " shall be shown below the emblem.
Ten Rupees :
Obverse : This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capital of Ashoka Pillar with the legend गत्यमेव यते inscribed below, flanked on the loft upper peuphery with the word " भारत" ani on the right upper periphery with the word " INDIA " . It shall also bear the denomirational value " 10 " in international numerals flanked on il e left lower periphery with the word रुपये " and on the right lower periphery with the word " RUPEES " .
Reverse : This fue of the cou shall have the theme
" IX ASIAN GAMES DELHI 1982 " . In the centre of the coin there shall be the emblem of IX Asian Games 1982, namely a representation of the " JANTAR MANTAR " monument with the sun representing the Asian Games Symbol over the emblem flanked on the last periphery with the inscription " नवम एशियाई खेल" and on the right periphery with the ins- cription " IX ASIAN GAMES " . The word " DELHI " and the yoar " 1932 " shall be shown below the emblem .
Twenty five Paise :
Obverse : This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capital ofAshoka Pillar flanked on the left upper periphory with the waid " a" and on the right upper periphery with the wald " INDIA" . It shall also bear the denominational value "25" in international numerals flanked on the left lower peri- phery with the word "वैसे" and on the right lower peri- phery with the word " PAISE " .
Reverse : This face of the coin shall have the theme " IX ASIAN GAMES DELHI 1982 " . In the centre of the coin there shall be the emblem of IX Asian Games 1982 , namely , a representation of the " JANTAR MANTAR" monument with the sun representing the Asian Games Symbol over the emblem flanked on the left periphery with the inscription "नक्ष्म एशियाई खेल " and on the right periphery with the ins- cription " IX ASIAN GAMES " . The word " DELHI " and the year " 1982 " shall be shown below the emblem .
