New Delhi, the 14th October, 1982
S.O. 740(E) —In exercise of the powers conferred by sec-
tion 114 of the Gold (Control) Act, 1968 (45 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Gold Control Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Rules, 1968 namely .—
1 (1) These rules may be called the Gold Control (Forms.
Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Amendment Rules, 1982.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi-
cation in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Gold Control (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous
Matters) Rules, 1968,—
(1) in Form No. GS. 6A, in item 3 -
(a) in sub-item (i), for the words "one lakh rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substi- tuted;

(b) in sub-item (iii), for the words "one thousand gram- mes" the words "one hundred grammes" shall be substituted.

S.O. 741(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 114, read with sub-section (6) of section 27 of the Gold (Control) Act, 1968 (45 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Gold Control (Licensing of Dealers) Rules, 1969, namely :—
1. (i) These rules may be called the Gold Control (Licen-
sing of Dealers) Amendment Rules, 1982,
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi-
cation in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Gold Control (Licensing of Dcajers) Rules,
1969,^
(a) in rule 2A, in sub-rule (2), in clause (c), for the words "one lakh rupees", Lhc words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted ;
(b) in rule 3, in clause (i), for the words "one lakh rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
