New Delhi, the 15th October, 1982

G.S.R. 6U(E).—In exercise of powers conferred in sub-section (2) of Sec- tion 1 of the Payment of Wages (Amendment) Act, 1982 (No. 38 of 1982), the Central liovernment hereby appoints the 15lh day of October, 1982 as the dale on which the said Act, except Section 13 thereof incorporating therein n new hcclion 25A to the principal Act (No. 4 of 1936), shall come into force.
