S.O. 746 (E).—Whereas it appears to the Central Govern- ment that it is necessary in the public interest that for the trans- pott of petroleum from Uran Terminal to MSEB Gas Turbine Project Bhendkhal in Maharashtra State Pipeline should be laid by the Oil and Natural Gas Commission.
And whereas, it appears that for the purpose of laying such pipelnes, it is necessary to acquire the right of user in the land described in t^ schedule annexed hereto.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-secton (1) of the section 3 of the Petroleum and Mineral Pipelinnes (Acquisition of right of user in land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), Central Government hereby declare? it* intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Provided that, any person interested in the saidland may
Wlthie 11 days from the date of this notification, object to the, I "ying of the pipeline under the land to the Competent Authority, Oil_& Natural Gas Commission, Plot No. 9, Middle Class And every person making such an objection shall state specifically whether he wishes to be heard in person or by a legal practitioner.
