New Delhi, the 19 October, 1982
S.O. 751(E) :^In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (I) oi section 29-B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development (Department of Industrial Development) No. S O 98(E)/IDRA/29 B/73/1, dated the 16th February, 1973, namely,—
1. In the said notification , in Schedulo I—List of Reserved
cms for Small Stale Sector, •—
(i) against SI No 130, for the entry in the third column,
the following entry shall bo substituted, namely.—
Hossian, Paper and cloth to Polyethylene laminations straight and sandwitched by extrusion coating process except paper to polythene laminations for integrated packing ",
(n) after S No 240 and tho entries relating thereto and before 240(A), the lolloping Serial numbers nad entries shall be inserted, namely.—

(in) after SI. No 249 and the entries relating tlicrct tho following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely,—

2 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 29-B of the ndustnes (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby specifics a period of six months from the "date of publication of this notification as the period after the expiry of which no owner of any industrial undertaking, which was previously cxempted/rom the operation of sections 10, 11, 11 A, and 13 of the said Act and which is not so exempt by virtue of this notification, shall carry on the business of such undertakings, except under and in accordance with a licence issued in this behalf by the Central Government and, in the case of State Governments, except under and in accordance with the previous permission of the Central Government
