NEW Delhi, the 21st October, 1982
S.O. 736 (E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (31 and (4) of section 5A of the Deek Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1948 (2 of 1943), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing), No. S.O. 3437 dated the 17th December, 1974, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons to be members of the Bombay Dock Labour Board established under sub-section (1) of the said secion 5A, namely :—•
