S.O. 760(t)—In exercise Crt the poweis conferred by Section 6 of the Industries (De/elopment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the tenure of members of the Devek'pmpt Council for the scheduled industry engaged in the manufacture or production of jute; appointed vide Order of the Government of India in the Ministiy of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No S.O 829(E). dated the 1st October, 1980. published in Part II—Section 3-Sub-section (n) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated the 1st October, 1980, as amended from time to time for a period of foiu months from the 1st October, 1982 to 31st January, 1983.
