G-S.R. 627(£).-—In cxertise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Government Savings Certificates Act, 1959 (46 of 1959), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Social Security Certificates Rules, 1982, namely :—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Social Security Certi-
ficates (Second Amendment) Rules, 1982.
(2) They shall come into force on the 15th day of
November, 19S2.
2. In rule 5 of the Social Security Cortificiites Rules, 1982 (hereinafter referred to us the principal rules), in the Expla- nation below clause (a),—
