S.O. 762(E)—la exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of sec- tion 18E of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), Ihe Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industiial Development) No. S.O. 271(E) dated the 20th April, 1982 namely :—

In the said Order, in SCHEDULE in column 1, for the entry "Section

239(l)(d)" the entry "Section 293(l)(d)" shall be substituted.
