S.O. 7631J76 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the Cen- tral Government had .uilhonscd lh^ Jamrau and Kashmir Industries Limited to lake over the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs. Plyboard In- dustries Limited, Fumpore, lammu and Kashmir, foi a period of five years, that is, upto and inclusive of Hie 5lh April 1981;

And, whcieas, by the Order of the Government of India In the Minisliy of Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 318(H)/J8AA/TDRA/H1, dated the 25th Aptil, 1981, the duration of the said Order dated the 27th And, wheicus, by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 287(E)|18AA]1DRA|82 dated the 26th April, 19S2 the duration of the said Order dated 27th Apiil, 1976 was further extended upto and include of the 26th October, 1982;

And, whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said Order dated the 27th April, 1976 should continue to have effect for a further period upto and. inclusive of rhe 31st March, 1983;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 18AA read with pioviso to sub- section (2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Ccntial Government hereby directs that said Order dated the 27th April 1976, shall continue to have effect for u fnrthei pciiod upto and inclusive of the 31st March, 1983.
