G.S.R. 630 (E).—In exercise of the power* conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, W51 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rule (1) and the first proviso to tub- rule (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre Rules, 1954, the Central Government, In consultation with the Government of Kerala hereby makes the following regulation further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, na"ely :-~
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Adminis- trative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Ninth Amendment Regulations, 1982.
(2) They shall come Into force on the date of their public a-
tion in tho Official Gazette.

G.S.R. 631 (©.—In exercise of the powers conferred by
Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951
(61 of 1951) read wjth rule 11 of the Indian Administrative
Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, theCentral Government, in consul,
tation with the Government of Kerala hereby makes the follow-
ing rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service
(Pay) Rules, 1954, namely :—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative
Service (Pay) Hiflhth Amendment Rules, 1982.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi-
cation in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954—
