G.S.ft. 632(E).—In exercise of thp powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Sugar Cess (Amendment) Act. 1982 (57 of 1982), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of November, 1982, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
