Provided that nothing contained nn this notification shall apply to sugar required by ihe Central Government to be sold under clause (f) of sub section (21 of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (.10 of 1935).
2. Thi'j notification shall come into force on the 1st day of November,
