ORDER

S.O. 76S(L)/18AA/IDRA/82.—Whereas by the Ordei of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 61K(EJ/lKAA/IPKA/79, dated the 31st October, I'J79 (hereinaftei rel erred to as the said Ordcrj, the Central Government h,id authorised the SevicLuy, Closed and Sick Industries Department, now called Scciethiy, Indus- trial Reconstruction Department. Government of West Bengal, Calcutta (here- inaflei referred to as the said aulhonscd person), to take over the management of Messrs Sice Sarns\vati Picss Limited, 11, Harrackpore Trunk Road, Bel- ehanu, Calcutta, (hereinafter referied to ns the said industrial undertakingj foi1 a period of three ycsirs fioin the 31st October 1979 ;
And, whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion Ui.it it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undeitaking by the said uulhorif>cd person should conlinuc for a further period of six month-. ;
