का० आ ० 769 (अ) / 18फक/आई० डी० आर० ए ०/ 82 -भारत सरकार उद्योग मत्तालय (श्रौद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश स ० का० प्रा० 874 ( अ ) / 18 कक/घाई० डी ० आर ० ए० / 80 , तारीख 3 नवम्बर 1980 द्वारा ( हि र राज्य में मैसर्स मोतीपुर शुगर फैक्टरी लिमिटेड , ोतीपुर, जिला मुज्जफरपुर नामक श्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम ( जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात् उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम कहा गया है ) का प्रबन्ध, उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 कक की उपधारा ( 1 ) के छड (क) के अधीम 2 भवम्बर, 1982 तक की जिसमे यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए । हण किया गया था और बिहार स्टेट शुगर का पर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड, पटना की उक्त श्रौद्यगिक उपक्रम का प्रबंध ग्रहण करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया गया था;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त प्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम, बहार स्टेट शुगर कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड , पटमा के प्रबन्ध के अधीन 2 नवम्बर, 1983 तक की जिसमें यह तारीख भीसम्मिलित है, एक वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए बना रहे;
अतः , अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 18 फक की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए य र निदेश देती है कि उक्त भावेश 2 नवम्बर , 1983 तक की जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, एक वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना रहे ।

ORDER
New Delhi , the 30th October, 1982
S.O. 769(E ) / 18AA/IDRA/ 82. Whereas by the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( De- partment of Industrial Development ) No. SO . 874 (E ) /18AA/ JDRA/80 , dated the 3rd November , 1980 ( nereinafter re- ferred to as the said order) , the management of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Motipur Sugar Factory Limit- ed. Motipur, District Muzaffarpur in the State of Bihar (here- inafter referred to as the said industrial undertaking) , was taken over under clause ( a) of sub - section ( 1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) for a period of two years upto and inclusive of 2nd November , 1982 and the Bihar State Sugar Corpo- ration Limited , Patna was authorised to take over the mana- gement of the said industıjal undertaking ;
And whereas , the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public Interest that the said indus- trial undertaking should continue under the management of the Bihar State Sugar Corporation Limited , Patna for a fur- ther period of one year upto and inclusive of the 2nd Novem- ber, 1983 ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 18AA of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the said order shall continue to have effect for a further period of one year upto and in- clusive of 2nd November , 1983 .
