No. 235/82-CUSTOMS

New Delhi, the 31st October, 1982

G.S.R. 637(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-scttion (1) of lection 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the fallowing amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 235/81-Customs, dated the 2nd November, 1981 namely :—

In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figures, letters and \vt>rd "31st October, 1982" the fibres, letters and word "31st October, 1983" shall bo substituted.
