सं० 335/82 केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क
सा० क१० शि० 638 ( अ ) - केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पाव- शुरुक नियम 1944, के नियम ४ के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , फेल्ट्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और नमक अधिनियम , 1944 ( 1944 का 1) की पहली अनुसूची की मद सं० 26क की उपमद (1), ( 1 क) और ( 1 ख ) के अन्तर्गत आने वाले ताबे को, उक्त अधि- नियम के अधीन उस पर , उक्त पहली अनुसूची में विनिदिष्ट वर से, उग्रहणीय उत्पाद शुल्क की उतनी रकम से छूट देती है जितनी प्रति मीटरी टन तीन हजार रुपए की दर से संगणित रकम से अधिक है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 15 नवम्बर , भी सम्मिलित है , प्रवृत्त रहेगी । 1982 तक, जिसमें यह तारीख

G.S.R. 638 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) , of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944, the Central Government hereby exempts copper , falling under sub- items ( 1 ) , ( 1a) and ( 1b) of Item No. 26A of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act , 1944 ( 1 of 1944) , from so much of the duty of excise leviable thereon under the said Act at the rate specified in the said First Schedule as is in excess of the amount calculated at the rate of three thousand rupees per metric tonne .
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 15th day of November, 1982 .

सा० फा० ति० 639 ( अ) केन्द्रीय मरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम 1944 के नियम ४ के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और नमक अधिनियम, 1944 (1944 का 1) की पहली अनुसूची की मद स ० 26 क की उप मद ( 2 ) के अन्तर्गत आने वाली ताबे की विनिर्मितयो को उक्त अधिनियम के अधान उन पर उक्त पहली अनुसूची में विनिविष्ट दर से, उद्ग्रहणीय उत्पाद- शुल्क की उतनी रकम से छूट देती है जितमी प्रति मीटरी टन तीन हजार सात सौ रुपए की दर से सगणिन कम से अधिक है ।

In exercise of the powers confcired by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Government hereby exempts manufactures of copper , falling under sub -item ( 2 ) of Item No. 261 of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act , 1944 ( 1 of 1944) , from so much of the duty of excise leviable thereon under the said Act at the rate specified in the said First Sche- dule as is in excess of the amount calculated at the rate of three thousand and seven hundred rupees per metric tonne .
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 15th day of November , 1982 .

स० 237/ 82-सीमा शुल्क
सा० का ० भि ० 640 ( अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवस शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की पहली अनुसूची के शीर्ष स ० 74.01/ 02 के अन्तर्गत आने वाले अनगढ़े तवि ( परिष्कृत या अपरिष्कृत ) को, जब उसका भारत मे आयात किया जाए , उस पर उद्महनीय सीमा शुल्क के उस भाग की, जो उक्त प्रथम प्रनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट है, उमनी रकम से छूट वेती है जा मूल्य के सत्तर प्रतिशत से अधिक है
2. यह अधिसूचना 15 नवम्बर 1982 तक जिसमे यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, प्रवृत रहेगी ।

G.S.R. 640(E) .---In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts un- wrought copper ( refined or not) , falling under Heading No. 74.01 /02 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 (51 of 1975) , when imported into India, from so much of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the said First Schedule as is in excess of seventy per cent ad valorem.
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 15th day of November , 1982 .

सा० फा ० मि ० 641 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, वित्त अधिनियम , 1982 ( 1982 का 14) की धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 4) के साथ पठिन मीमा- शुल्क अधिनियम 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धान्न 25 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह गमाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के विस मंत्रालय ( राजभ्य विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं० 136/82 मीमा शुल्क तारीख 11 मई, 1982 में निम्नलिखित और सणांधन करती है, उक्न अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, --
(क) क्रम स ० 217 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियो का लोप किया जाएगा ,
(ख) क्रम सं० 218 और उसमे मधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात निम्नलिखित अन्त. स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् 219-स० 237/82 सीमा शुल्क, नारीख 1 नवम्बर, 1982 [फा० सं० 346/32/ 82-टी० श्र.० यू० (मी० ए० ) ]

G.S.R. 641 (E) . In exercise of the powers contened by sub -section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , read with sub- section ( 4) of section 44 of the Finance Act , 1982 ( 14 of 1982 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No. 136 /82 -Customs , dated the 11th May, 1982 , namely :-
Inthe Schedule to the said notification , (a) Serial No. 217 and the entries relating thereto sholl be omitted;
(b ) after Serial No. 218 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely :- "219. No. 237/82-Customs , dated the 1st November , 1982".

सा० फा० ति० 642 (म) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा-शुल्क श्रधि- नियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लॉक- हित में ऐसा करना भावश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विसाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 40 -सीमा-शुष्क, तारीख 1 मार्च, 1978 में निम्नलिखित और सशोधन करती है , अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध मारणी में क्रम सं ० 34 और उमसे सम्बद्ध प्रविष्टियो के पश्चात निम्नलिखित क्रम सं ० और प्रवि- ष्टियां भत्तः स्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात् -
