S.O. 77UE)—In exercise of the powers conferred by s^clion 1 of the EssBntial Commodities Act, Iy5*> (10 oi 1955), the Central Go\crnment hereby directs that the power to make orders under clauses (c), (d), (f), (hj, (0 end (j) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Mid Act shall, Jn lelal'on to the catt'e ioddei of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hereto an- nexed, be exen-isable also by Ihe Collectors in the Districts of Kutch, Bnflas- kantha, S'lbarkantha, Mehsana, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Kaira, Panchmahals Bharuch, Rajkot, Suremiranagar, Bhavnagar, Amreli, Jiimndgai, Junagaih and Valsad.

This Order shall remain in force for 1he period commencing fiom the date of its publication in the Gazette of fndia Jt:d ending with the 31st 'nly, 1983.
