ORDER
New Delhi, the 2nd November, 1982
S.O, 772(E)/18AA/IDRA/82.~ Whereas by the order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 695(E)/18AA/IDRA/72 dated the 3rd November, 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the taking over of management order), the Central Government had, . in exercise of the powers conferred by "ub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regula- tion) Act, 1931 (65 of 195)1), authorised the- Industrial Re- construction Corporation of India limited. Calcutta, to take over the niAnagomtt* of tbe Industrial rndeftaking known •s M a s on Ganesh Flour Mills Company limited, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the said undertaking) foT a period of five yearg upto and inclusive of the 2nd day of November, 1977;
And, whereat, by the order* of tho Government of India In th Department of Industrial Development Not. S.O. 743(E) dated the 1st November, 1977, S.O. 630(E), dated the 2nd November, 1979, S.O. M73(E), dated the lit Novem- ber, 1980, S.O. 331(E), dated the 2nd May, 1981, S.O. 784(E), dated 2nd November, 1981 and S.O. 293(E), dated the l"t May, 1982, the Central Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest has extend- ed the period of the taking over of management order upto and inclusive of the 2nd November, 1982;
And, whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that it i" expedient in tho public interest that the taking over of management order should continue to have effect for a fur- ther period upto and inclusive of the 2nd May, 1983;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by •ub-fectioa (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 18AA of th© Industries (Development and Regulation) Act. 1951 (65 of 1951), th© Central Government hereby directs that the taking over of management order shall continue to haver "ftect for a further period upto and Inclusive of the 2nd M"yv 1983, and that the said undertaking ahull be managed by th* 'Board of Management referred to in paragraph 2 of thl* order subject to the following terms and conditions :—
(1) the Board of Management shall comply with all directions issued from time to time by the Central Government;
(ii) th© Board shall hold office upto and inclusive of the 2nd May, 1983;
(Hi) the Central Government may terminate, without assigning any reason, the appointment of the said Board of Management, or any member thereof, earlier than the 2nd day of May, 1?83, if the Cen- tral Government considers necessary so to do.
2. The Board of Management shall consist of the follow- ing persons namely :—
