ORDER

New Delhi, the 3rd November, 1982S.O. 778(E)/18AA/lDRA/82—Whereas by the Order of the Government of .India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 752(E)/ 18AA/IDRA/77, dated the 4th November, 1977 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Somasundaram Super Spinning Mills, Muthanendal, Ramanathapuram Dis- Irict Tamil Nadu, was taken over under clause (b) of sub- section (1) of Section 18AA of the Industries (Development 924GI/82 (1)

and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), for a period of five years from the 4tii November, 1977, and the Tamil Nadu Textile Corporation was authorised lo lake over the management of the whole of the wiid industrial undertaking;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18AA of Ihe Industries (Develop- ment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 3rd Mny, 1983.

And, whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that ihc said order should continue to have effect for n further period uplo and inclusive of the 3rd May, 1983;
