EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. 781(E)/No. Bf0O> 19"W/.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 at 1947), tlse Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exoorts (Control,Order. 1977, namely ;—

1. This Order ®ay> be <^dled the Expoits (ConteBl) tTweflfcythlrd AmettfliBent Order, 1982. * '

2. In Ihe Bspcjrts ^Q>nti"l) Order, 1977—

(i) In part 'B' Schedule I, the existing erjtry appearing against S. No. 25 shall be deleted.

(ii) In Part 'K' "Schedule I, t ie following item shall be added after S.NO. 8(xvi):—

"(xvii)—Nux Vomica Seeds, bark., leaves, root and powder theieof'.
