New Delbi, the 6th November, 1982
S.O. 782(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of aectioa 6 of the Aurovllle (Emergency Provisions) Act, 1980 (59 of 1980), read with rule 2 o[ the Auroville Intenational Advisory Council Rules, 1981, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as members of the Auroville International Advisory Council (constituted under the said section 6) with effect from th; 10th Novcrnber, 1982, namely :—
1. Shri P. V, Narasimha Rao,
2. fhri Amadou-Mahtar M'Bow,
3. Shri L R. D. Tata ; and
for tl-dl purpose amends the Ministry of Education and Culture (Department of Education), Order No. S.O. 3648 dated the 10th December, 1980, in para- graph 2, for entries (1) to (4), the following entries shall be substituted, namely :—
1. Sbii P. V. Naraeimha Rao,
2. Shri Amadpu-Mahtar M'Bow,
3. Shri J. R. D. Tata.
