ORDER
New Delhi, Lhe 9th November, 1982
S.O. 787(E).—[n exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes lhe following Order further to amend the Puper (Regulation of Piuduclion) Order, 1978, namely :—
1. (I) This Order may be tailed Ibe Paper (Regulation of Production!
Amendment Order, 1982.
(2) It shall come into i'oiee on the date of its publication in the Official
Guzette.
2. In the Paper (Reijululion of Production) Order, 1978, :n clause 9, in sub-clause (1), aftei the words '"by older, exempt", the words "i\>r le.ikonn ta be recorded in writing," shall be inserted.
