NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 10th November, 1982

G S R. 6S0(E).—In exercise of the nowirs conferred by tub-section (1) of section 3, read with section 13, of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the CentrnI Government hereby appoints the Chief Coffee Marketing Officer, Coffee Board, as a trustee to represent the Coffee Board Vice Chairman, Coffee Board, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of New Mangaloie and makes the follow Ing amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport vPorts Wing) No. G.SR. 248(E), dated the 31st March, 1981, namely :—

In the said notification, against Serial Number 7, for the ertry "Chair- man. Coffee Board", the entry "Chief Coffee Maikcting Officer, Coffee Board" shall be substituted.
