S.O, 794(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section (2) of section 4 of the Coffee Act, 1942 (77 of the 1942) read with rule 3 and sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Coffise Rules, 1955, the Central Govern- ment hereby notifies the election of Shri T. Chanderasekara Reddy, M.P-i Rajya Sabha, as r member of Coffeo Board fa*- a period of three years from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette, or so long as be continue to be a membed of the Rajya Sabha which ever is earlier vice Shri K. S. Malle Gowda, M.P. Rajya Sabha, retired.
