1 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I I - S B C. 3(i)] thereby before the expiry of a period of three months from the date on which the copies of the Official Gazette in which the said notification was published were made available to the public ; And whereas the saitl Gazette was made available to thepublic on the 26th December, 1981 ;
And whereas the objections or suggestions received from
the public have been considered ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Aircraft Act, 1934, the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following rules further to amend tho Aircraft Rules, 1937, namely :—
1. (1) These rules may bi called the Aircraft (Second
Amendment) Rules, 1982.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their
publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Aircraft Rules, 1937, in Schedule V, for Sec- tion C Sub-paras (iii) and (iv) and the entries thereunder ; tho following shall be substituted namely :—
(iii) Flights other than international flights landing at
Bombay, Calcutta, Madras and Delhi Airport* :
Total weight of aircraft
Charges for each landing
Not exceeding 2,000 Kgs.
Rs. 20
Over 2,000 Kgs. but not exceeding 5,000 Kgs.
Rs. 50
Over 5,000 Kgi. but not exceeding 10,000 Kg*.
Rs. 190
Over 10,000 Kgs. but not exceeding 15,000 Kgs.
RH. 300
Over 15,000 Kgs. but not exceeding 30,000 Kgs.
Rs. 625
Over 30,000 Kgs. but not exceeding 60,000 Kgs.
Rs. 1125
Over 60.000 Kgs. but not exceeding 1,00,000 Kgs.
KH. 2250
Over 1,00,000 Kgs. but not exceeding 1,65,000 Kgs.

Provided that an aircraft exceeding a total weight of 60,000 Kgs. shall pay charges for providing route navigation facilities at the rate of R". 1,400.00 only for each landing jf the distance flown over Indian Flight Information Region(s) is 500 Kim. or lew.
(iv) For aircraft landing at other aerodromes ;
50 per cent of the rates a? pre&cribed for flight other than international flights landing at BombayICalcuttnfMBiJrasI Delhi ag shown in sub-para (iii) above.
