S.O. 79TIE).—In exercise of the pow-rs conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 or the Conservation of Foreign Exchang; and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (32 of 1974.), and in superscwio 1 of the order of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and BankftiR No. S.O. 1811, dated the 291h May, 1976, the Central Government hereby specially cm- powers the following officer of the Centr;il Government, namely, Shri M.V.N. Rao, Additional Secretary to the Government of India, for the purposes of the said section.
