8.0. 803(E).—In pursuance of clause (iv) of seuion 2 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. K. C. Guha, Chief Tehnical Offl er, Central Food Laboratory, Calcutta, to perform all or any of !hc functions of the Director of the said Laboratory, under the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gaa*tte.
