S.O 805(E)—In exercise of the powers confered sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Bank Act, 1976 121 of 1976), the Central Government -after consultation with the Reserve Bunk of India and Central Bank of India, by which Mandla-Bulaghar Kshetriya Gramin Bank has been sponsored, specifies Mandla as the place where Mandla- Balajhat Kshetriya Gramin Bank shall have its head office.

NOTIFICATION
Bombay, the 14th November, 1982
S.O. 808(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Fank of India, Act, 1934 (2 of 1934) the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion in the Second Schedule to the said Act of the following bank, namely :~
"Mandla-Balaghat Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Mandla
(M.P.)".
i".O, 807(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by nub-section (I) of section 11 of the Regional Rural B'anks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri J.R. Mitra as the Chairman cf the Mandla- Balaghat Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Mandla and specifies the period commencing on the 14-11-1982 and ending with the 3(^11*1985 as the period for which the said Shri J. R. Mitra shall bold office as such Chairman.
