C S R. 707(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of wction 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 Of 1962), the Cential Government, being jattefled that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby make* the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Minlstiy of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 150-Customs, dated the 23rd July, 1980, namely:—

In the saJa notification, for the woids ''Printed polythene bags", wherever they occur, the words, brackets and abbreviations "Printed bags (whether made Of polythene, polyproplene, PVC, high molecular or High density polythylent)'¹ shall be substituted.
