1 ( 1) इन विनित्रमा वा मक्षिय नाम भारतीय प्रणानिर मेवा (प्रतियागिता पर्ने क्ष। द्वाण निक्ति) सशावन विनिदम , 1982 है ।

(2) य राजपत्र म प्रस्राशन के भारव को प्रवत्त होग ।

परन्तु यह कि यथा रवति खण्ड ( क ) या खण्ड ( ख ) के अर्जन कोई

( 1 ) अभ्यर्थी को लिखित में ऐसा अावेदन करने का जैमा वह उन निमन करना चाहे अवसर देन के पश्चात्

(11 ) श्रभ्यर्थी द्वाग , उसको नई अवध के भतर मेजेगा अचान वेदन पर यदि कोई है विचार करने के पश्चात के मिवाए अधिरापित नहीं की जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi , the 18th November, 1982

G.S.R. 710 ( E) . In pursuance of mule 7 of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules , 1954 , the Central Government , in consultation with the State Govern- ments and tht Union Public Service Commission , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service Appointmentby Competitive Examı- nation ) Regulation , 1955 , namely : --

1. 1. These regulations may be called the Indian Adminis- trative Service ( Appointment by Competitive Flumination ) Amendment Regulations , 1982 ,

2. They shall come into force on the date of their publica- thon in the official Gazette .

2. In the Indian Administrative Service ( Appointment by Competitive Examination ) Regulations , 1955 , in regulation 11 , for clauses ( a) , ( b ) and ( c ) , the following clauses shall be substituted , namely :

"(a) to be disqualified by the Commission from the exami- nation for which he is a candidate ; or

(b) to be debatred either permanently or for a specified period :-

( i) by the Commission, from any examination or selec- tion held by them;

(ii ) by the Central Government from any employment under them ; and

Provided that no penalty under clause ( a ) or clause (b ) , as the case may be , shallbe imposed except after :--

(i) giving the candidate an opportunity of making such representation in writing as he may wish make in that behalf ; and to

(ii) taking the representation , if any, submitted by the candidate , within the period allotted to him , into consideration ."

सॉ ० का ० नि ० 711 ( अ ) केन्द्रय सरकार, भारतीय पुलिम सेवा (भर्ती) नियम, 1954 के नियम 7 के अनुमरण में, राज्य भरकार और संघ लोक सेवा श्रायोग वो परामर्श में भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( प्रतियोगिता परक्षा द्वारा नियुक्ति) विनियम 1955 का और मंणावन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनानी है, अर्थात् ---

1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का मक्षिप्त नाम भारतोय पुलिस सेत्रा (प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा द्वारा नियुक्ति) सशाधन विनियम , 1982 है ।

( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाणन की तारीख को प्रवल होंगे ।

2. भानीय पुलिस मेवा ( प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा द्वारा नियुक्ति) विनियम , 1955 में विनियम 11 के खड ( क ) ( ख) और ( ग) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित खण्ड रखा जाएगा, श्रर्थात्:--

"( क ) प्रयाग द्वारा उक्त परीक्षा के लिए जिसका वह अभ्यर्थी निरहित किया जा सकेगा, या

(ख) स्थायी रूप से श्रथवा किसी विनिविष्ट श्रवधि के लिए--

(i ) श्रायोग द्वारा ली जाने वाली किमी परीक्षा अथवा किए जाने वाले किर्मी चयन से, आयोग द्वारा ;

( ii ) केन्द्रीय सरकार के अधीन किमी नियोजन से, केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा विर्वाजित किया जा मकेगा, और

( ५ ) यदि वह पहले से है। सरकार के अधीन सेवा में है तो समुचित नियमो के अर्थ न उसके विम्द्ध श्रनुशार्मानफ कार्रवाई की जा सकेर्ग।:

परन्तुयह कि यथास्थिति खण्ड ( क ) या खण्ड ( ख ) के अधीन कोई णास्ति

( i ) अभ्यर्थी को लिखित में ऐसा अभ्यावेदन करने का जैसा वह उस निमित्न्न करना वाहे श्रवमर देने के गण्णान्

( ii ) अभ्यर्थी द्वाग, उगना दी गई अवधि के भतर भेजे गए अभ्यावेदन पर यदि कोई है, विचार करने के पश्चात् के गिवाए अधिपिन नहीं की आएगी ।

G.S.R. 711 (E ) . In pursuance of rule 7 of the Indian Police Service ( Recruitment ) Rules , 1954 , the Central Govern- ment , in consultation with the State Governments and the Union Public Service Commission , hereby makes the follow- ing regulations further to amend the Indian Police Service (Appointment by Competitive Examination ) Regulations , 1955 , namely :-

1. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Police Service ( Appointment by Competitive Exantination ) Amendment Regulations , 1982 .

( 2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. In the Indian Police Service (Appointmentby Competi- tive Examination ) Regulations, 1955 , in regulation 11 , tor clauses ( a) , ( b ) and ( c) , the following shall be substituted, namely :-

"(a) to be disqualified by the Commission from the examination for which he is a candidate ; or

(b) to be debarred either permanently or for a specified period-

( i ) by the Commission , from any examination selection held by them ; or

( ii ) by the Central Government from any employment under them ; and

(c) if he is already in service under Government disciplinary action under the appropriate rules : to Provided that no penalty under clause ( a) or clause (b), as the case may be , shall be imposed except after-

(i ) giving the candidate an opportunity of making such representation in writing as he may wish to make in that behalf and

(ii) taking the representation , if any , submitted by the candidate , within the period allotted to him , into consideration . "
