ORDER

S.O. 832(E)/18AA/IDRA/82.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Min- istry of Industry (Department of Industrial Dev- elopment) No. S.O. 320(E)/18AA/IDRA/79, dated the 26th May, 1979 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order) the management of the
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SEC 3(II) ded upto and inclusive of the 25th November, 1982,whole of the Industrial Undertaking known as Messrs Appollo Zipper Company Private Limited, Calcutta, was taken over under clause (a) of <-uh- section (.1) of Section ISA A of th^ Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), for a period of three years upto and in- clusive, of the 25th May, 1982 and the Secre- tary, Closed zvA Sick Industries Department, Government of West Bengal now called Secret ary. Industrial Reconstruction Department, Gov- ernment of West of Bengal, was authorised to take over the management of th*s said Industrial Undertaking;
And , whereas, by the Ord_; of the Govern- ment of India, in the Ministry of Industry (De- partment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 24(E)/18AA/IDRA/82 dated the 25th May, 1982. the duration of the said order was exten- And, whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public in- terest that the said Industrial Undertaking should continue under the management of the Secretary, Industrial Reconstruction Department, Govern- ment of West Bengal, for a further perod upto the 31st May, 1983;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section (2) ot section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951, (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and in- clusive of the 31st May, 1983.
