G.S.R. 72l(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (I) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it h necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 232-Cus- toms, dated the 5th December, 1979 namely '•-—
In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figure-,, letters and word "30th November, 1982" the figures, letters and word "30th November, 1983" shall be substituted.
