$:&. 834(E)|18AiIDRAj82.—Whereas by the Order of tiie\ Government of India in the Late Ministry of Industrial Development (Department of Industrial Development|No. S.O. 727(E)jl8A IDRA|72 dated the 29tn .NQvember, 1972 (here- inafter referred to as the saiJ Order), the man- agement of the Industrial undertaifcr^known as Messrs Containers and Closures Limited^ Cal- cutta had been taken over for a period upto anU1 inclusive of the 28th November, 1977, and the Industrial Reconstruction Corporation of In- dia Limited, Calcutta was appointed as "Autho- rised Controller";
And, whereas, by the Order of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Industry (De- partment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 787(E)!18A!IDRA!77, dated the 28th November, 1977, the duration of the said Order was exten- ded for a further period of two years upto and inclusive of the 28th November, 1979;
And, whereas, by the Order of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Industry (De- partment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 757(E);18A!IDRA|79, dated the 26th November 1979, the duration of the said Order was exten- And, whereas, by Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 391(E)|18A IDRA|81 dated the 28th May, 1981, the dura- tion of the said Order was extended for a fur- ther period of six months upto and inclusive of the 28th November, 1981;
And, whereas, by the Order of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Industrv (Department Industrial Development) No. S.O.^ 832(E)[18A |IDRA|81 dated the 28th November, 1981, the duration of the said order was extended for a further period of one year upto and inclusive of the 2Sifr r\fcvae*G& 1982.
And, whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public inte- rest that the sad Order should continue to have eifect for a further period of six months :
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers con- ferred by the provisio to sub-section (2) of sec- tion 18A of the Industries (Development and Re- gulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the ^8th May, 1983.
