G.S.R. 727(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 3, read with section 13, of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Govemi ?nt hereby appoints the Director (Production and. Projects), Kudr^nmkh Iron Ore Company Limited, as a trustee to represent the Kudiemulch Iron Ore Company Limited vice Commercial Manager,' Kudre- multh Iron Ore Company Limited, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of New Man galore and makes the following jtmndment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 24S(E), dated the 31st March, 1981, namely :—
In the said notification, against Serial Numer 9, for the entry "Commercial Manager, Kudremukh Iron Ore Company Limi- ted", the entry ''Director (Production and Projects), Kudremukh Iron Ore Company Limited", shall be substituted.
