ORDER
New Delhi, the 25th November, 1982
S.O. 837 (E).—In exercise of the powers confened by Section 6 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) A a, 1^51 (65 of 1951) read with rules 2, 4 & 5 of the December Coun- cil (Procedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government heicby appoint the following persons to be members of the Develop- ment Council for Heavy Electrical and Allied Industries consti- tuted by the Order of the Government of India in the Depart- ment of Heavy Industry Order dated the 21st July, 1982 and directs that the following substitution and amendments shall be made in the said Order namely •—
In the said Order for entries occuring against S.No 2 and
S.No. 6 the following entries shall be substituted namely •—
"2. Shri R.K. Bhargava, Joint Secretary, Deptt. or Industrial Development.
6. Shri S.S. Tomar,
Dy. Director General (Engineering:), DGTD. New Delhi."
