G.S.R. 7330E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Finance (Department of Revenue and Banking), No. 318- Customs, dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely :—
In the proviso to the said notification, the words, figures and letters "during the period commencing on and from the 11th day of October, 1982 and ending with the 4th day of December, 1982," shall be omitted.
