PUBLIC NOTICE
F. No. 6OO/2803/82-DBK — Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India—Extraordinary, datod the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makos the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/ PN-50, dated the 1st June, 1982.
1. In the column 'Desciiption of Goods' against Sub-serial No. 2803, for the existing ontiies, the following shall be substi- tuted, namely: —

2803 Woollen floor coverings including carpets, but excluding machine made woollen tufted carpets.
I T ie existing explanation (under Sub-serial No. 2803)
shall be substituted by the following:—
"Explanation : 'Woollen floor coverings including carpets' would cover only those items where woollen yarn content it not less than 50% by
weight."
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force
on the 1st day of the June, 1982.
