EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

SO. 847(E)/No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(253).~-Jn exercise of (he powers con- ferred by Section 3 of the Imports mid Exports (Control,) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely ;—

1. This Order may be called the Export (Control) Twenty-Forth

Amendment Order, 1982.

2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977:

(i) In Schedule I Part B the existing entry appearing against S, No. 37

shall be deleted.

ni) Iii OGL-3, the existing entry appearing against si. No. 24 shall

he deleted.
