G.S.R 755(15).—In exercise of the poweis confened by sub-section (1) uf section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 ol 19621, the Central tl.^cin- ment, being satisfied Ihni it is neccssaiv in the public interest so to do, heiehy make's the following umendn nt in the notification of the tiovernment oi India in the Ministiy of Finnnee (Department of Revenue) No. 195-Customs, dated the 3rd Ottobei, 197K, namely •—
In the said notification, a1lu condition (i"), the following pioviso shall be
inserted, namely ;—
"Provided that the condition of le-cxport shall not apply to such mountain- ceiing equipments as ire purchascj by (he Indian Mountaineering Foundation, New Delhi, with the prioi appioval of the "Ministry of Finance (Derailment of Revenue)."
