G.S.R. 7S9(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (.52 of 19621, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No 240/82-Customs, dated the 2nd November, 1982, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public inteiest so to do, hereby exempt*, coffee, falling undei Heading No 1 of the Second Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), when exported out of India, fiom so much of the duty of customs leviable thereon under the said Second Schedule as is m excess of Rs 530 per quintal
