NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th November, 1982
S.O. 850(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3A of the Employment of Children Act, 1938, (Act No. XXVI of 1938), the Central Government hereby notifies its intention to add lo the Schedule of the Act "building and consti uction industry" as item No. 11 after the expiry of three months from the dale of publication of this notification.
